Native Instruments Elektrik Piano Download Full

Tom McCaffrey October 16, 2017 21:51 I recently upgraded from Komplete 4 to Komplete 10 (yeah, I know I'm still behind, but K11 won't run on my Mac due to my version of Pro Tools), and I REALLY MISS not having Elektrik Piano 1.5 - it was by far the instrument I used most in K4. Is there a link where I can download the full content library and unzip it, so Native Access can continue the installation? Also, I still have my original Komplete 4 data available on my hard drive, including EP 1.5 data. But when I try to simply open or import it into Kontakt 5, it gives an error and won't load it. Is there any way to import this old data into Kontakt? That would solve my problem also. Thomas Forbus October 17, 2017 08:03 Guys - This particular thread has nothing to do with the virtues of Elektrik Piano 1.5.

If you want this program back, consider using a different thread. This thread has to do with the fact that, in Native Access, it shows Akoustik Piano and Elektrik Piano as available for installation, when of course it isn't. It has been weeks and weeks since this bug showed up, and it still shows up.

Sep 2, 2009 - Elektrik Piano has been discontinued - please read here for the details. As Kontakt-Powered instruments for download in the near future. Bandstand: Same as with Akoustik Piano, the free Kontakt Player is the new.

Native Instruments - how much longer should/will it take before this bug is fixed? It has been years since I programmed for a living, but. It seems to me this should be an easy fix. Is resource time actually being applied to this bug??

Regards, Thomas. Tom McCaffrey October 17, 2017 09:11 Dude, you don't have to be rude. This problem is occurring with BOTH Akoustic Piano, which I personally have several good replacements for, including Grandeur, etc., and Elektrik Piano, which I don't.

Was it not obvious from my post to you that I was experiencing the same problem you all are????? I am simply asking if there are any workarounds for this, namely: A) Having NI provide a link so we can download and unzip, because the 'Install' link in Native Access is asking for a folder where you have downloaded and unzipped that it can install from. If we can download and unzip manually, that would presumably solve the problem and we can all be on our merry way. OR B) Since I do still have the ancient Elektrik Piano library data that Kontakt now refuses to load, it would at least solve MY problem so I can be on my merry way. I'm sorry you were offended because I stated that I really liked Elektrik Piano while looking for a workaround for this very problem.

Thomas Forbus October 17, 2017 21:58 Tom - 1. Actually -- no, I didn't see that your problem was the same as mine at all. You were looking for a way to find the Elektrik Piano library and install it. Tablici morskih rasstoyanij adm 9010.

If you will read my original post, you will see that I am asking Native Instruments to fix Native Access so that the 'Uninstalled' list does not show Akoustik Piano or Elektrik Piano anymore, at all, period. Completely separate issue. I do not feel I was rude. Not only did I not call you out by name, I was not patronizing (my name is not 'Dude'), I did not say that you were being rude (you did, to me), and I certainly didn't use inflammatory language (or use multiple question marks).

I feel I was being peaceable. I was not offended. Why would I be offended by you wanting a program that you paid for? All I am trying to do is keep NI focused on this thread's original intent. That is normal etiquette in user/support forums. Regards, Thomas.

Tom McCaffrey October 18, 2017 03:31 See, but that's just it. The product is not defunct, it was simply supposed to have been moved to be a Kontakt library IF you already have the permissions to use it. So this is not about resurrecting a dead product at all, it's about allowing me to use a library that was supposed to be included among my Kontakt 10 libraries to begin with. Now I understand that the Elektrik Piano and Akoustik Piano may need to be downloaded separately. But I have a right to use them, because I've owned Komplete 4 when it was included. So all I'm asking is why does it not allow download but allows install, which seems to be what you were asking all along - it is really the only logical question to ask.

Your ancillary question 'Can anybody explain why Native Access is suggesting I can add/install a library that has been defunct for quite a while?' Is clearly rhetorical, since I DO have the right to use this, and most likely so do you. So to answer your rhetorical question, it is most likely showing up because you have the right to use it, and particularly with Elektrik Piano, there is no replacement for it in the current Kontakt library.

And presumably, since many people also liked Akoustik piano, they are offering us the opportunity to download that library as well, as they should. So the real problem is not why is it showing up, but why ISN'T it allowing us to download it but IS allowing us to install it if we happened to find a way to download it. So therefore, if NI can simply provide us with a link to download it manually, and we can then run the NI Access Installer, that would solve the problem. And the other workaround would be to allow us to import the old data. Either way would be fine.
